Meet Holly & Maria
Satalana Zumba
Holly Fiorillo and Maria Lapp love to make working out more like a party! They met at Lititz Rec, where Holly taught Zumba. Maria loved Zumba so much, she became and instructor!
What does “Satalana” Mean?
“Satalana Zumba” gets its name from ‘Satalana’ (سطلانة), an Egyptian street slang word for being a little ‘drunk’ on happiness — totally lost in the music, the rhythm, and the joy of the moment.
It blew up around the viral 2023 Egyptian hit song ‘Satalana’ and has since become a word people use in memes and dance trends to describe that carefree, no‑inhibitions, dance-like-nobody’s-watching feeling.
That’s exactly what we want our classes to feel like: a place where you can let go, get swept up in the beat, and leave a little ‘crazy’ with joy.
Join us at Lititz United Methodist church on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings
