In order to access our classes, we require participants to sign up and become a member. There is no fee to sign up! To complete the sign up, fill out the below registration and waiver form. Once submitted, you will receive a welcome email. This email will have the password you need to access the Member Area portion of the website. 

All class info, including weekly schedules, Zoom info for virtual classes, and pre-recorded classes, will be posted in the Member Area.
