Zumba®, MixxedFit®, and CENTRE’d are all dance-based group fitness classes combining different styles of dance into a fun, calorie burning workout. The the best part? You don’t have to be a “dancer”!  Everyone is welcome!

TT&WP instructors offer a variety of Zumba®, dance fitness, and group fitness classes throughout the week, typically on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We offer both live and pre-recorded Zumba classes. We each teach at different places – churches, local gyms (some of which require a membership, but not all do), and virtually, i.e. at home!

Zumba® combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba® routines incorporate interval training cardiovascular fitness.

CENTRE’D is a ballet-inspired dance fitness workout. We tone and strengthen muscles with slow, repetitive movements. Leave the tights and tutus in the closet…no ballet experience required!

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about MixxedFit® can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.

Looking for an Actual Dance Class?

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or have never taken a dance class in your life, it can be hard to find adult dance classes that are accommodating in dance levels and kind to the wallet. TT&WP occasionally offers adult dance classes. If you’re interested, consider contacting us with some details on what you’re looking for.  

Adult Dance classes, while not fitness-oriented, are guaranteed not only to get you sweating, but also put your brain to work. Adult dance class styles vary from jazz, Broadway dance, hip hop and contemporary, and are open to all levels of experience.
