Hey there! I’m Amanda and I teach Zumba, Centre’d Ballet Fitness, and Adult Dance. I’m also the webmaster of the site.
I’m originally from York, PA, but have called Lancaster City home since 2006. I have a background in theatre and dance, having started dancing when I was five and continuing through college. I have a BFA in musical theatre from The American Music and Dramatic Academy and The New School University in NYC. I lived in NYC for several years until returning back to my Central PA roots.
Walking into any fitness class, especially a “dance” class, be can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make dance fun and accessible for everyone, regardless of their ability! I’m a firm believer that there’s a dancer in ALL of us.

You don’t need any sort of ballet background or training to take CENTRE’d! It’s ideal for anyone looking to do a low-impact workout that will challenge not only your body, but also your brain.
